How do I buy a ticket Online?
How do I buy multiple kinds of tickets (ie: 2 ADULTS and 3 CHILDREN?

TOPHOW TO BUY A TICKET ONLINE:

  1. Select the event name (from the list on the left side of your screen).
  2. Locate the show date/time you are interested in.
  3. Enter the desired quantity, and click the 'ADD TO ORDER' button.
  4. Make your ticket and seating selections.
  5. Click 'CONTINUE.'
  6. Repeat Steps 1 – 5 to purchase additional tickets.
  7. When you are ready to buy your tickets, simply click on the 'CHECKOUT' button, or click the 'MY ORDER' button to see your current selections.

TIP: Your current order total is displayed above the checkout button.


TOPHOW TO ORDER MULTIPLE TYPES OF TICKETS:

For example, if you wanted to by 2 Adult and 3 Child tickets for the June 25th production of 1776, you would:

  1. Click '1776' located in the Main Stage section on the left side of your screen.
  2. Locate the June 25th @ 2pm showtime. Enter 2 in the quantity box and click the 'ADD TO ORDER' button.
  3. On the next screen, Adult is already selected so just make your seat selection, then click the 'CONTINUE' button.
  4. This will add two Adult tickets to your order.
  5. Now enter 3 in the quantity box, then click the 'ADD TO ORDER' button.
  6. On the next screen, select 'Children' and make your seat selection, then click the 'CONTINUE' button.
  7. This will add three Child tickets to your order.
  8. You can select another show to purchase more tickets, or if you are done click 'CHECKOUT' to buy your tickets.

TIP: The Box Office staff will try to put your seats together. You can make special requests during the checkout process.


TOPI CAN'T FIND MY SHOW LISTED:

Shows are removed from the list once they are close to selling out. Call the Box Office for ticket status (253) 272-2281.


TOPI WANT TO USE MY FLEX PASS.

If you are a Flex Pass patron, you can redeem your pass online during the checkout process. For example: to order 2 tickets, using your Flex Pass...

  1. Place your ticket order as normal (see above).
  2. When asked for payment option, select either MasterCard or Visa (you will not need a card number).
  3. Enter FLEX in the Flex Pass box. (see below)flex pass example
    Note: Your order total should now display $0.00

  4. You do NOT need to enter your credit card number. Just click the 'place order' button on the final screen.

TIP: Since using a Flex Pass will apply the discount to your entire order, you will need to place a separate order if you wish to purchase other tickets. Please call the Box Office for more complex ticket orders.


TOPHOW DO I REGISTER FOR AN EDUCATION CLASS?

Most of our education classes allow you to register online. The process is the same as buying a ticket online, just select your education class. You will be contacted by our Education Director to confirm your registration.


TOPIS MY INFORMATION SAFE?

Yes, Tacoma Little Theatre uses the highest level of SSL Encryption technology to keep your personal information, such as credit card number, safe and secure. Look for the closed padlock in your browser window on our secure pages.


TOPOTHER ORDER OPTIONS:

Yes, although a credit card is required to purchase tickets online, you can call the Box Office at (253) 272-2281 to place a phone order, or stop by in person.


TOPUSER ACCOUNT:

A User Account is used by the Online Ticket System to remember information about you such as your address and other contact information. This is used to help you speed up your checkout process since you only enter this information once.

No credit card information is stored, and we do not share your contact information with other parties. Read our Privacy Policy for more details.

You do not have to have a user account to purchase tickets. During the checkout process when you are prompted to login, just click on the link that says 'Place Order Without Account.'


TOPHOW TO SIGN IN:

If you have items in your order, wait until you are prompted to sign in during the checkout process.

- OR -

If your basket is empty, you can sign in by clicking on the 'Sign in' link located on the left side navigation bar.


TOPHOW TO UPDATE ACCOUNT INFORMATION:

There are two easy methods to update your account information.

To update information while purchasing tickets:

  1. When you checkout, you will be prompted to login in if you haven't already.
  2. The next screen allows you to update your contact information. By default, the checkbox 'Update Customer Record With This Information' is already checked, so just continue with your checkout process.

- OR -

If you just want to update your information without placing order:

  1. Click on the ' MY ACCOUNT' button at the top of the screen.
  2. Login to your account.
  3. After you login, you will receive a 'Welcome back' message located at the top left of your screen. Click on this link.
  4. The next screen allows you to change any information you need to, except your login name.
  5. Click on the 'SAVE' button.

TOPFORGOT PASSWORD:

If you forget your password, you can retrieve it via email. Simply select the 'Please Email Me My Password' button on the login page or the 'MY ACCOUNT' page. Your password will be sent to the email address you entered when you created your account.

If forgot your username as well, you will need to create a new user account.
