The Incredible Undersea Trial of Joseph P. Lawnboy Student Matinee: March 9, 2010, 10:00 am Tickets: $6.75 per student/chaperone Advanced Reservations Required. Undersea creatures (a mayfly larva, a deep diving loon, and a fish) put a young human on trial for “crimes against the sea.” The audience becomes the jury and decides on his guilt or innocence. As this musical story unfolds it explores the value of clean water and the power we all have in our own lives to protect it for future generations and ourselves.

2010 Student Matinees at Tacoma Little Theatre Major Barbara Student Matinee: May 25, 10:00 am Tickets: $6.75 per student/chaperone Advanced Reservations Required. Set in London, 1906, Shaw gives us Barbara, a major in the Salvation Army, and her Machiavellian father, millionaire arms manufacturer, Andrew Undershaft. While visiting her shelter for the poor, he reveals that the shelter’s benefactor made his money by distilling whiskey. Later, Barbara is further shaken to discover that her father is a model employer. A witty comedy from the inspired pen of Bernard Shaw. For ages 13 and older.
