HEATHER JASKO FISHER
I graduated from the University of Puget Sound with a Bachelors degree in Music Education and a Master of Arts in Teaching degree. I have been playing the cello since she was eight and also enjoy playing the guitar. I have taught private piano, cello and guitar lessons throughout the past ten years. I taught at Grant Center for the Expressive Arts, a Tacoma public elementary school, for nine years, two of which I spent teaching kindergarten and the other seven as the music and drama instructor. During my time as drama instructor I had the pleasure of directing a variety of musicals including Annie, Oliver, Johnny Appleseed, and the ever delicious Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. I am currently a field supervisor for the University of Puget Sound Master of Arts in Teaching program. Teaching has always been a passion of mine, and I am honored and thrilled to have the opportunity to work wit h students in TLT's fabulous education program. |
